Partnership with The Portman Estate

Carers Network was thrilled to be selected by The Portman Estate  for a three-year partnership from 2017 to 2019. The Portman Estate raised over £100,000 – an incredible amount that made a huge impact on Carers Network. The income raised helped kick-start a wellness and wellbeing programme for carers and new volunteer-led activities, the legacies of which still benefit carers today.

The Portman Estate team organised a range of fundraising events including a sponsored walk, a silent auction, a curry night, a baking competition and a raffle. The highlight was the Portman Triathlon event in September 2019 that alone raised almost £66,000.

Carers Network would like to thank The Portman Estate for their generous support.
