Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Event

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an approach shown to maintain thinking skills in people with a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia.

Come to an event to learn about:

  • The development of CST
  • How it is accessed on the NHS
  • The pilot project at Age UK K&C

Participate in practical exercises that carers can adapt to use at home.

When: Monday October 17, 1pm-3pm

Where: Essex Unitarian Church, 112, Palace Gardens Terrace, W8 4RT
