Mental Health and Wellbeing Event

Join a mental health and wellbeing session with food and drink provided!
 
This interactive session will include a discussion with tips on how to cope with current events that can be challenging and unsettling.
 
These include issues such as rising cost of living, or the overwhelming effect of some recent news like the war In Ukraine, or the Queen’s passing.
 
There will be a quiz on fun and encouraging news items, or the good things in life to remember as well, so that we can lighten up the spirit!
