Get your dementia questions answered at the Dementia Fair as part of Dementia Action Week 2022.

H&F Dementia Action Alliance and H&F Dementia Partnership Board invite you to an afternoon tea at Hammersmith and Fulham Dementia Fair.

When: Tuesday 17 May, 1:45pm-4:30pm, Sands End Arts and Community Centre, Peterborough Road, SW6 3EZ.

Meet representatives and collect information from local organisations including Carers Network.
