Carers Week Wellbeing Morning with Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham!

All unpaid carers welcome.

You will be able to enjoy:

  • Yoga in the garden with our volunteer Priya
  • Drawing and Painting outside with Martin and other members of the Carers Network self-help art class
  • Reflexology and Massage therapy sessions
  • Free refreshments and opportunity to enjoy two course meal for £5! (Meal subject to space and availability)

  • If you would like to join the yoga session with Priya, please aim to arrive for 10:30am so the session can start at 11am.
     
  • The informal art session with carer Martin will run from 11am. Here you can use the materials we will have there on day to draw, paint and chat together!
     
  • If you would like to have a massage or reflexolgy session, please get there by 11:30am so you can sign up for slot. These will be limited in availability, and allocated on a first-come first-served basis (one session per carer) but we hope anyone interested in having one will be able to do so.
     
  • If you would like to purchase the delicious two-course meal for £5, please pay for that at reception.

There will otherwise be free tea, coffee and light refreshments (biscuits, crisps and fruit) provided.
